Our TechPanel™ system provides structural strength and higher thermal resistance with values exceeding R-50 compared to typical masonry walls. This is why we recommend high SEER heat pumps that utilize up to 1/3 of the electricity used in a standard HVAC system.

Our TechPanel™ is manufactured with TechBoard™, structural lumber or steel, and high-performance insulation foam. This hybrid engineering outperforms competitors.  TechBoard™ is our proprietary magnesium cement board. TechBoard™ is a high-performance sheathing, backer board, and underlayment engineered with ZS2 Technologies’ proprietary Magnesium Oxide (MgO) cement technology. Combining advanced material science with environmental responsibility, TechBoard™ delivers exceptional strength and climate resilience without compromising on performance.

BATIZA™ provides modular cold-formed steel components including wall panels, trusses, beams, and shear walls. We strive to engineer and create efficient, modular designs to speed up the construction on-site. 

Our modular wall panels usually range from 8-foot to 20-foot sections, but can be customized to complement rigid framing and modular wall and roof panels.

Cold-formed steel has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any construction material. Unlike cast-in-place concrete, CFS components can be assembled off-site. This is ideal for residential and mid-rise construction, which tends to involve designs with identical, repetitive sections. This translates to savings of up to 30% compared to concrete shells.

TechBoard™ is rapidly establishing itself as the superior subfloor and backer board substrate, exceeding the performance of weak and porous cement and fiber boards in the market. TechBoard™ is highly versatile and easy to cut, and install. It is the top choice for fire-rated and wet-rated areas. The surface makes it ideal to waterproof and adhere to tile and other cladding finishes.
